Education of the population

PAWs runs its education programme in public and private schools (with the approval of the Ministry of Education) community centres, companies and shopping malls. Leveraging the natural affectionate bond between humans and animals, PAWS education programs focus on changing the public's mindsets at a core level towards the need for responsible pet ownership, the impact of stray dogs on the environment, health and humane animal welfare in general.

In 2015, PAWS has reached out to over 6,000 people from adults to children through our school and community centre visits, hosting and attending various events, presenting to corporates and hotels and from pre-sterilisation canvassing campaigns
